🔄 Exchanges and Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return, provided that the product is:

• In perfect condition (unused, undamaged, unwashed)

• In its original packaging

📦 Return shipping costs:
Paid by the buyer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

If the product is defective or if an error was made on our part, Sketch Me Crazy will cover all return costs.

Important:
Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects. The following are not covered:

• Accidental damage

• Incorrect use or maintenance

• Natural wear or fading due to sunlight

• Products that have come into contact with water

💰 Refunds
You may request a refund in the following cases:

• You are not satisfied with your order and return the product within 14 days.

• The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

• You have not received your order within 60 business days (or 90 days for South America).

⏳ Refund processing time:
Once the product has been returned and inspected, the refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
